Tulip Festival Scrapbooks
Wednesday, May 13, 2020
Leona Vander Stoep and her husband Arie were pioneers of the Orange City Tulip Festival, heavily involved in planning and coordinating the event for decades. Arie wrote a history of the festival, and Leona kept detailed scrapbooks of each year's events. These scrapbooks are now part of the Northwestern College Archives and serve as a key resource for those studying the traditions of the Tulip Festival.
More information about the scrapbooks and other Festival-related materials are available in our finding aid.
