Dutch Heritage Collection

The Dutch Heritage Room, located on the lower level of DeWitt Library, houses a collection of books and records related to the emigration of families from the Netherlands to the United States and, specifically, northwest Iowa. The collection is particularly useful for genealogical research. It also includes published histories from towns in Sioux County, Iowa, and other locales, as well as the proceedings of the General Synod of the Reformed Church of America.

The Dutch Heritage Room is open during all library hours.  Most materials are available for checkout.
